The balcony and the facade were made after 1900. The ground floor is rustic, the windows on the ground floor are characterized by smooth outlines and the windows on the first floor are decorated with pelmets shaped as a roll, next to which are some geometric circles. The border wall is smooth. The house, particularly its facade facing towards the street, boasts with rich stucco decorations. The most prevalent motifs are the Secession versions of historical motifs with simplified rustic elements on the ground floor, pilaster structure and a projecting roof with a segmental finish as well as grooves with floral motifs.
